Lighter Reflections

I have received some interesting feedback of late.  The first occurred when James, Guy and I went to our neighbour’s 50th birthday party.  We didn’t know too many people and so sat, quite comfortably, chatting amongst ourselves in the corner.  After a while, birthday boy’s mother came over and said “Im sorry Paul hasn’t got around to seeing you yet but he’s been talking to his friends”.  We know our place then!  I was quite happy listening to Guy talking to his Dad about the 2nd World War,  which he is studying at school.  After a while, Guy turned to me and said “Well Mum, what shall we talk about?”  Followed swiftly by “Oh but you don’t know much do you?”
